My first experience as a landlord was made simpler then I expected by Rent East Yorkshire. REY was recommended to me after I acquired my property, if I had known them earlier I would have had their expert guidance before hand. Never the less they appraised my property, give me recommendations to make it more appealing. Quickly found me a "so far" good tenant. I cannot thank them enough.

By far the best letting agency I've ever rented from. Incredibly pleasant to deal with, always happy to help - in fact they gave me and my partner a hand off their own back with filling out the credit check when we weren't able to. They work fast, and always respond to contact attempts. Thankfully we haven't had any issues with the property, but I'm sure if they do come up they'll be dealt with as quickly as everything else. They have our full confidence, and I'm hoping to rent from these guys for the for as long as I am in the area.

The letting agents have been friendly from start to finish. With our first viewing they were accommodating for our availability and friendly on arrival. When it came to sorting our documentation they helped us with everything and were always easy to get in touch with/ got back to us quickly. With it being our first letting experience they have provided us excellent care and taking the stress out of moving out for the first time with things like bills etc. Having only seen the tenants side I am sure they are just as supportive and cooperative with landlords. Mark was very helpful when we had limited couple of days trying to find somewhere suitable for our family and cats to rent for a move to the area, showing us a few suitable places. The application process was simple to carry out from afar online. No issues through renting and the sign out process at the end was painless and quick.
