Maddie Lancaster MARLA is the owner and Managing Director of Rent East Yorkshire and has been working in the lettings industry for 10 years locally, joining Rent East Yorkshire in 2022. With a wealth of knowledge of the industry and being Level 3 ARLA qualified she is a great person to head up the event and talk all things Renters Rights Act. 
 
 
Hannah Bailey is an Insurance Development Manager at Goodlord. For the past two years, she has helped agents offer rent and legal protection, to help protect their landlords properties and rental income. With her experience as a former letting agent and valuer in the property industry, Hannah strongly understands landlords' needs and concerns.  
 
 
 
Siobahn Sylvester is a Senior Associate at Wilkin Chapman Rollits, based in Grimsby. Recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers UK as an “Associate to Watch”, she has over 14 years’ litigation experience. She leads on property litigation, and advises on lease renewals, Landlord and Tenant matters, disputes, and land ownership issues.
