The Renters Rights Bill and other upcoming changes carry real risks for landlords and investors:

Regulation changes – EPC rules and renters rights legislation are tightening. If you’re not ahead, you risk fines, forced upgrades, or even legal trouble.

Tax impact – Without the latest guidance, you could face unexpected tax bills or miss out on reliefs that protect your income.

Court procedures – The new system could mean longer timescales and less favourable outcomes if you don’t understand how it works.

Profitability – Non-compliance or poor preparation will eat into returns and make your portfolio less sustainable.

This evening, free and exclusively for landlords and investors like you, will give you the insights and knowledge to avoid these pitfalls and keep your investments secure and profitable.
