We arrange viewings at times to suit you, including evenings and weekends if they are more convenient to you. Have you seen a property you want to view? Give us a call or send an e-mail.

Peace of Mind

All deposits taken are protected by the Deposit Protection Service and Energy Performance Certificates are available for each property. We ensure that all properties meet current safety legislation and will provide you with a copy of the Gas Safety Certificate for the property before you move in. We can even arrange your contents insurance for you.

Referencing Process

We provide good quality homes to good quality tenants, as such all tenants must go through our referencing process before entering into one of our tenancies. Property applications and referencing forms can be downloaded from this page and submitted via e-mail or printed off and posted to our offices.
